The cleaning in the hotel is DISGUSTING: there were bottle caps under the bed (of the previous tenants), there was so much dust that it was under the bed, and above the bed, and on the TV, and on the shelves. The floors were washed with a "snake" and only aisles, no corners. The beds were vacuumed only after contacting the person who oversaw the cleaning at the hotel level. And the dust is all Equally left, albeit not in such an amount. The cleaning lady took the robes and bedspreads and to bring them back, I had to go to the reception and to the guide for 4 days: they wrote everything down, but the situation did not change. As a result, the robes were brought to us, but the blankets were not.
The climax of everything was this: we were summoned to the guide for a conversation. The guide provided a photo of our suitcase, which LAYED CLOSED IN THE ROOM and in the suitcase were cans of beer from his free mini-bar, for which he paid and replenished it once a day. There were also photographs of towels lying not in the bathroom, but in the hotel closet, and also photographs of cans of Pepsi, mirindas, standing on the safe in the closet and which we do not drink and just make up. Because if there are more than 2 cans in the refrigerator, it stops chilling. Those. it turns out that the cleaning lady, who smiled every morning and took a tip, OPENED THE SUITCASE AND LAZILA IN IT + LAZILA IN THE CABINET AND CLOTHES! And this is in a 5 * hotel! You are not in the room, and someone is rummaging around in your personal belongings. Is this an order of the hotel management, is it her personal whim? What's this?
If I had asked to show my suitcase at check-out, I would have treated with understanding, but when is it like that, digging through the suitcase, when you are not there ?! And then they call you to the guide and reprimand you like a girl - sorry, it's an abomination. And they are being reprimanded for what ?! For the fact that there are cans of drink on the safe? For having towels in the closet? Because the cleaning lady found cans in your personal suitcase ??
The event ruined the rest of the rest. We returned a week ago, but the sediment is still there. And the state of shock too.
And so, it is worth noting the variety of food, but the child does not always have something to choose, because the soups are salty and often peppery. It's the same with meat and vegetables. The children's buffet offers broccoli and cauliflower. Also in the children's buffet there are fries and nuggets that my 2 year old doesn't eat.
Very nice girls playing live music. Good animators. Smiling waiters. Wonderful aerobics and water aerobics. There is a lot of food, you can find something for yourself, but it becomes boring after 5 days already. For 2 weeks there was never seafood, but the fish was always different. Cutlery and dishes are often poorly cleaned, so you have to look for something clean. But all the + and - of the hotel just pales in comparison to the incident with the cleaning lady! When I asked the guide what right she had to open the suitcase, he avoided answering! And he began to say that the suitcase fell, and other unrealistic nonsense was revealed. But how could a closed suitcase be opened with all the zippers ?! By the way, we had 3 suitcases in the room and all 3 were searched. In addition, it was clear that the things in the closet had also been searched and were not in the way they were folded. And also, the guide said that the hotel management is not responsible for the loss of things, because there is a free safe for this. Those. you are not protected by anything or anyone in the hotel. Nothing can be left in the room, because the hotel is not responsible for the actions of its staff.
Nobody warned that things could be searched: suitcases, wardrobes. Nobody talked about this!
And what to pay that kind of money for? By the way, our vacation cost $ 3600 and with an agency discount $ 3400.
I would also like to note the fact that my girlfriend had a birthday during our vacation. And the hotel did not congratulate in any way! No fruit in the room, no wine, no cake !!! And this is, again, 5 stars.
